At NGV Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and include the printed return form or authorization number inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
